• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details (email/password, or Google sign-in).
• Content you provide — your career library/profile, résumé and cover-letter content, job postings you add, and messages you exchange with the AI career assistant.
• Files you upload — such as résumés and template documents/images, which we store securely to provide the Service.
• Usage and technical data — log data, device and browser information, and actions taken in the app, used to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide the Service — generating tailored résumés, cover letters, and designs; tracking opportunities; career coaching; and job discovery.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

To power its AI features, Fanti sends relevant content you provide to third-party AI providers, which process it to generate outputs for you:

• Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — for generating and analyzing résumé/application content and related AI features.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and secure file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google — optional “Sign in with Google”.

These providers may process and store data in countries outside your own, including the United States. We share only the data needed to provide the Service, and we do not permit these providers to use your content for their own unrelated purposes.

Your data, including uploaded files, is stored while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated data, including files held in storage. Residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being overwritten.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information using in-app controls or by emailing us at iniacoreinc@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as PIPEDA (Canada), the GDPR (EU/UK), or the LGPD (Brazil), and we will honor applicable requests.

We protect your information using encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Fanti is operated from Canada and used by people in many countries. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in Canada, the United States, and other locations where we and our providers operate.

Fanti is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
